Updated Mass Information - November 2022
Please keep in mind the following:- Weekday Masses can be used to fulfill your Sunday Obligation if you so wish. If you are still hesitant to gather with others, or if you have underlying conditions and are vulnerable, please remember that Catholics are still dispensed from the obligation to celebrate Mass during the pandemic.
- Members of the same household can sit together.
- Please reserve 7:00 am Sunday Mass for those age 65 and older.

an Act of Spiritual Communion

Act of Spiritual Communion
My Jesus,
I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament. I love You above all things,
and I desire to receive You into my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart.
I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You.
Never permit me to be separated from You.
Amen.
